EVA JOYCE DESIGNS

Hey Bride-To-Be, my name is Rebecca I am the owner and head designer here at Eva Joyce Bridal. I started out in bridal working as a Saturday girl when I was around 17.  I very quickly fell in love with everything to do with weddings and especially bridal fashion! Each and every dress in our boutique has been carefully designed by yours truly.  This means that all our gowns are unique to Eva Joyce Bridal and so cannot be found anywhere else. 

I discovered early on the thing I love most about bridal fashion, is how a wedding dress makes a bride feel about herself. It is really hard to describe but done right, a wedding dress can give such a confidence boost to even the most self conscious brides. This I think is what made me want to go into designing. I love the look that comes over a brides face when she finds THE dress! It’s like not only does she fall in love with the dress, but she falls in love with herself and how she feels in it.

EVA & JOYCE

Rebecca will tell you herself that the easiest part of starting EJ Bridal was choosing the name! Eva Thompson & Joyce Taylor were two incredible and inspiring women in Rebecca’s life. From helping her to design her first dress (aged 7 it was white with little 3D red flowers) or teaching her how to knit. Both wonderful women are a huge part of why Eva Joyce Bridal began and so it is only fitting that the store be named after them.

I tried wedding dresses on for the first time at Eva Joyce and Becki was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The dresses are beautifully designed and made, you can tell how much attention to detail and effort has gone into each of them. The shop is so lovely, light and spacious, and in a great location. The cocktails are fab too!

Becki made me feel at ease and comfortable but also like a million dollars at the same time. She didn’t rush the appointment, she helped me decide by trying lots of styles and designs, gave advice and certainly wasn’t a pushy sales woman at all. She understands that this dress had to be perfect for a woman, whether that was from her boutique or somewhere else and for whatever budget you have.

On going to buy my wedding dress at eva Joyce I was very nervous as I had to go on my own but I needn't of been they were so very friendly and made me feel so very comfortable I tried so many beautiful dresses and eventually found the one it's just beautiful not at all what I went looking for but made me feel beautiful I just burst into tears and knew yes the one I was looking for .my whole experience for that hour and half was just a delight .Big hands up to Rebecca and Eva Joyce bridal .can't wait to pick my dress up its just beautiful 😍.
